WBGO Kids Jazz Concert Series

You Bring the Kids, We'll Bring the Jazz

The WBGO Kids Jazz Concert Series brings world-renowned jazz musicians to concert halls and venues throughout Essex County, New Jersey. These hour-long concerts give young listeners the chance to discover the enjoyment of jazz, improvisation, and musical collaboration. Come join us!

Admission is FREE

Our concerts are held once a month on Saturday's throughout the fall beginning in October. Doors open at 1pm, and concerts start at 1:30. Adults must be accompanied by at least one child.

All our venues are handicapped accessible, and sign language interpretation of performances is available if you give us sufficient lead time.

Bring a group of 15 or more, and you can reserve free seats! Email or call (973) 643-4763. There's even free transportation funding for groups and schools.

Bring your group or school, and you can reserve great seats - and even apply for free transportation to and from WBGO Kids Jazz Concerts. Thanks to the generosity and vision of the Agnes Varis Charitable Trust, NJ schools, established groups, and 501(c)(3) organizations who work with kids can get funding to bring kids and their families to these shows.
